Welcome to FocusDo! Please read these terms carefully before using the app. By downloading, installing, or using FocusDo, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Service Overview

FocusDo is a minimalist to-do and focus mode application developed by NOUS STUDIO LTD (“we”, “us”, or “our”), designed to help you manage tasks and stay focused.

License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use FocusDo on your personal devices. You may not:

Copy, modify, or distribute the application
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
Use the application for any unlawful purpose

User Content

All content you create in FocusDo (to-do items, focus records, etc.) is entirely yours. We do not access, view, or use any of your content.

You are responsible for backing up your own data. While iCloud sync can help keep your data consistent across devices, we are not liable for data loss caused by device failure, system updates, or other circumstances.

In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Free Features

FocusDo’s core features are available for free, including task creation, focus mode, and other basic functionality.

FocusDo Pro

FocusDo Pro offers premium features and can be unlocked through:

Monthly Subscription: Auto-renews monthly
Annual Subscription: Auto-renews annually, includes a 7-day free trial
Lifetime Purchase: One-time payment, permanent access

Subscription Management

Subscriptions are charged to your Apple ID account
Subscriptions auto-renew within 24 hours before expiration unless cancelled in advance
You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time in your App Store settings
Cancellation during a free trial will not be charged; any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited upon purchasing a subscription

Refunds

All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. For refund requests, please contact Apple Support.

Limitation of Liability

While FocusDo strives to ensure service stability, we are not liable for service interruptions or data loss caused by force majeure or factors beyond our control.

Intellectual Property

The FocusDo name, icon, design, and code are the property of NOUS STUDIO LTD and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms of Service from time to time. Revised terms will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where NOUS STUDIO LTD is registered.
